Branch Manager

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join us as our expansion continues. We are seeking a Pest Control Professional to lead a new branch in East Central Alabama. We recently acquired a location in Alexander City and are looking to add an additional location in close proximity to that general area. We are Family owned, Alabama owned, American owned.

POSITION PURPOSE:
The Branch Manager facilitates and drives the branch operations and sales, to include managing the financial business plan; overseeing all talent development, training, presentation and facility maintenance; ensuring all Lewis Pest Control standards are adhered to and executed consistently with company direction.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
1. Maintains daily involvement within the branch employees to facilitate their collaboration: sales, service,
2. Achieves financial objectives by driving the performance of financial operational plans and budgets.
3. Continuously assesses talent at all levels within the branch and provides specific ongoing coaching, training and feedback to develop the best talent in the industry
4. Takes ownership of all personnel to ensure only top tier customer service is provided.

  1. Promotes positive employee relations including fostering high team morale, upholding operational standards, and execution of the performance management process
    6. Leads and facilitates monthly team meetings to ensure effective communication and motivation at all levels of the organization
    7. Builds and strengthens relationships with customers to ensure the Company is promoting the best value and quality from that relationship
    8. Partners with General Manager, subject matter experts to develop and execute a sound and obtainable business plan
    9. Manages and coordinates all requests and communication received from Corporate
    10. Performs other related duties as assigned

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Basic Knowledge & Competencies:
  • Excellent customer service, time management and multi-tasking skills
  • Outstanding leadership and people development skills
  • Strong financial acumen, including cognitive skills, problem analysis, decision-making and quantitative analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to assess customer patterns and adjust labor and branch focus accordingly
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word and Excel
  • Working knowledge of pest control procedures, laws, current market trends, and regulations.

Previous Experience/Education:

  • 5+ years’ experience in roles with increasing responsibility
  • 2+ years’ experience in leading others
  • Experience in revenue generation including the ability to analyze income statements and take appropriate action
  • Experience in the pest control sector required with a license

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending on a frequent basis
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Must be able to work inside or outside in cold or hot weather
  • Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and get under homes or in attics
Pest Control Technician

Location: Brewton, AL

You will provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position.

This position has the opportunity to grow and become a commissioned base route. 

 QUALIFICATIONS 

  • • High school diploma or equivalent 
  • • Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams 
  • • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license 
  • • Ability to pass a background check and work in a drug-free workplace 
  • • Ability to work at least 40 hours per week 
  • • No experience necessary! We will train the right person.

Sentricon Specialist

You will install, service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations, find installed stations with locator device, inspect and record bait station condition and active or previous termite activity, repair or replace damaged or missing components, and document service findings and provide report to the customer.
